The World Council for Gifted and Talented Children as part of their Biennial World Conference in Vancouver are offering a Youth Summit for gifted youth ages 15 - 18. This conference will allow like minded students from around the world to explore diverse conceptions of the future and create action plans that will help promote a stronger vision of the future.
